Kauai Adventures
Kauai, known as the “Garden Isle” of Hawaii is known for its lush tropical rainforest. Kauai’s dramatic cliffs and towering waterfalls have been the backdrop for many Hollywood films. Some highlights are hiking Waimea Canyon, exploring the scenic Awa’awapuhi Trail and if you’re looking for a challenge, trekking into the heart of Kauai, the Blue Hole. This page has videos and downloadable guides of some of the best hikes and adventures in Kauai.
The Blue Hole
Most people that experience the Blue Hole don’t actually step foot in it, they view it from the window of a helicopter. The Blue Hole is surrounded by miles of thick rain forest, mountains, and rivers, which makes it one of the most remote and difficult to reach places on Kauai.
