CALICO TANKS

Calico Tanks is a great trail for hikers of all ages and abilities. The trail to the natural water tank is fairly easy to follow. If you’re feeling more adventurous and would like more of a challenge some scrambling will take you to the summit of Calico Tanks Peak. ICE BOX CANYON

Ice Box Canyon is our favorite hike in Red Rock Canyon! The canyon provides shade on a hot summer day and there is lots of boulder hopping to keep things interesting as you hike into the canyon. TURTLEHEAD PEAK

Turtlehead Peak is one of the most strenuous hikes in Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. This hike is challenging but the incredible panoramic view from the peak makes it well worth the effort. Intermediate level scrambling, loose rocks along the trail and some basic route finding add to the difficulty of this hike.
